How Referrals Work
You send the referral
Use the form below or call us. Share only what we need to reach your client. You'll get an email confirming we received it.
We reach out to your client
Our team contacts your client directly and offers a free 30-minute assessment, by secure video or in person in Arlington, to find the right clinician, format and schedule.
We close the loop with you
Once your client signs a release of information that names you, we let you know they've started care and coordinate with you as the release allows.
Who we see

- Couples, using the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy
